The Rhode Island Sewage Treatment, Proposal 2 was on the ballot in Rhode Island on November 6, 1979, as a legislatively referred bond question. It was approved. The measure authorized $15 million in bonds for state assistance of the construction of sewage treatment facilities.[1]
