Richard H. Hodson is a magistrate judge for the Twenty-Fifth Judicial District in Kansas. Hodson was appointed to the court in 2005.[1][2] He was most recently retained in 2014 for a term that expired on January 13, 2019.[3]

Elections

2014

Hodson was retained to District 25 with 77.1 percent of the vote on November 4, 2014. [3] 

2010

Hodson was retained to office with 77% of the vote in 2010.[2][4]

Education

Hodson received his undergraduate degree from Whittier College and his J.D. from the University of Kansas.[5]

Career

Prior to his appointment to the bench, Hodson was in private practice for 12 years. He has also served as assistant county attorney in both Finney and Pawnee counties and as an assistant attorney general.[1]
