Robert D. Mattingly was a family court judge for the Calloway and Marshall Counties Family Court of the 42nd Judicial Circuit, serving Calloway and Marshall counties of Kentucky.[1][2] Mattingly began serving on the court in 1997.[3][4] He retired November 3, 2019.[5]

Education

Mattingly received his undergraduate degree from Kentucky Wesleyan College in 1985 and his J.D. from the Salmon P. Chase College Of Law at Northern Kentucky University in 1988.[3]

Career

Mattingly was appointed as the domestic relations commissioner and master commissioner for the Forty-Second Judicial Circuit in Kentucky in 1997 and served in that position until he was elected to be a family court judge in 2007. Mattingly was also previously an attorney in private practice from 1988 to 2007.[3]
