Robert Branning

Robert J. Branning is a judge for the 20th Judicial Circuit Court in Lee County, Florida. He was appointed to the court by Governor Rick Scott in November 2014 to fill the vacancy created by the resignation of Judge Mark A. Steinbeck.[1] Branning will serve for at last a year on the bench at which point he will need to run for retention to the court.[2]
Branning was also a judicial candidate for the Twentieth Circuit Court in 2014.[3]

Branning earned his undergraduate degree from Florida State University in 1992 and his J.D. degree from the Mississippi School of Law in 1996.[1][5]
