Robert Hubbard
Robert Hubbard was a 2014 Republican candidate who sought election to the U.S. House to represent the 3rd Congressional District of Oklahoma.[1] He was defeated by incumbent Frank D. Lucas in the Republican primary on June 24, 2014.[2]
