Robin Jacobson Houwman

Robin Jacobson Houwman is a judge on the Second Judicial Circuit of South Dakota. Governor M. Michael Rounds appointed Houwman to the court in September 2009 to fill the vacancy left by the appointment of Glen A. Severson to the South Dakota Supreme Court.[1] Robin was re-elected in 2014 for a term that expires in 2022.[2]
