A Rocheport City Energy Distribution Ordinance Question was on the November 2, 2010 ballot in the city of Rocheport, which is in Boone County.

This measure sought voter approval of a city ordinance which would allow the Boone Electric Cooperative to build and maintain the energy, heating and electrical distribution and production systems in the city.[1]
