Rod W. Smeltzer is a circuit court judge for the Dunn County Circuit Court in Wisconsin.[1] He was first elected to the position in 1997. Smeltzer was re-elected in 2003, 2009 and 2015. His term will expire in 2021.[2][3]

Education

Smeltzer earned his B.S. from the University of Minnesota in 1973. He earned his M.S. from the University of Wisconsin-River Falls in 1987 and his J.D. from the William Mitchell College of Law in 1989.[2]

Smeltzer was re-elected without opposition to the Dunn County Circuit Court, Branch 2 in 2015. Wisconsin's general judicial election was held on April 7, 2015. The filing deadline for candidates was January 6, 2015.[4][3]
