Roger Ross was a judge for the Superior Court of San Joaquin County in California. He was appointed by former governor Arnold Schwarzenegger in June 2007 to fill a newly created seat.[1][2][3]

Education

Ross received a bachelor's degree from Tufts University and a J.D. from the University of San Francisco School of Law.[2]
