Roisin Druta
Roisin Druta was a candidate for at-large representative on the Wappingers Central Board of Education in New York. She was defeated in the general election that was held on May 17, 2016.[1]
Biography
Druta is a behaviorial instructional specialist at Abbott House. She obtained a bachelor's degree in youth ministry and psychology from Eastern Nazerene College. She went on to earn a master's degree in social work from Roberts Wesleyan College.[2]

Three of the nine seats on the Wappingers Central School District school board were up for general election on May 17, 2016. No incumbents filed to run for election leaving candidates Paul Galletta, Barbara Goodman, Eddy Sloshower, Roisin Druta, and Stacey Rogan vying for the three open seats. Galletta, Goodman and Sloshower defeated Druta and Rogan in the election.[3]
