Ronald Goulart
Ronald Goulart is a judge of the Catoosa County State Court in Georgia. He was appointed by Gov. Nathan Deal (R) on July 22, 2016, to fill a newly created seat.[1]
Biography
Goulart earned his bachelor's degree from the University of Tennessee. He later received his J.D. from the Woodrow Wilson College of Law. Goulart was the city manager for Fort Oglethorpe prior to his appointment to the court.[1]
