Samuel K. Erhardt is a magistrate judge of the Eighth District of Iowa. He was appointed to this position in 1983 to serve Wapello County.[1]
Biography and Education
Erhardt received his bachelor's and law degrees from the University of Iowa in 1973 and 1976, respectively. He is now married and has two children.[1]
Career
Erhardt has worked as a private practice lawyer and an assistant Wapello County attorney.[1]
