Four of the seven seats on the Conroe Independent School District school board were up for general election on November 8, 2016. Position 4 incumbent Datren Williams, Position 5 incumbent Scott Kidd, Position 6 incumbent John Husbands, and Position 7 challenger Scott Moore won election without opposition. Moore was elected to replace Jessica Powell, who did not file for re-election.[1]
