I am a father, veteran, business owner, and Colorado native. 8 years ago, I enlisted in the US Army and went on to deploy to Syria, and various parts of Africa. Upon finishing my service, I decided to call Fountain home, and launch my successful insurance business. Through serving my country, raising my daughter, and supporting clients, I have always lead life with service in mind. I'm running for city council because Fountain needs leaders that put service to residents first.

  • Fix Fountain's Roads Fountain's roads are in disrepair. Every time you have to swerve to avoid a pothole, or take your car to get costly repairs due to the hazardous conditions of our roads, remember that I will make road funding my top priority.
  • Fix Fountain's Finances While our roads are suffering, Fountain is spending on countless pet projects, like a park bathroom for upwards of $500,000. How many potholes could have been filled instead? On council, I will make auditing the city finances and cleaning up our budget a priority.
  • Fix Fountain's Economy Fountain should be a place where families can thrive, businesses can grow, and property values rise; but instead, we are losing ground to our neighboring cities. This stagnation means fewer job opportunities, lower wages, and diminished long-term prosperity for residents. I will fight to grow our economy by fostering a business-friendly environment. That means auditing the city finances to ensure money is spent in ways that make the city attractive, finding ways to streamline and make accessible permitting and other administrative processes, and partnering with local businesses, investors, and economic development groups to find the best investment strategies and opportunities.

The core responsibility for a member of Fountain City Council is to maintain accountability to the residents. This is done by ensuring the city staff are doing their jobs faithfully and to the best of their ability, ensuring taxpayer money is spent in ways that most closely reflect the needs of the residents and the city, and ensuring that the whole council puts service to residents before personal or political agendas.
