Sidney P. Chapin was a judge for the Superior Court of Kern County in California. Chapin's term expired in 2019.[1] Chapin did not file to run for re-election in 2018.
2012 election
Chapin ran for re-election to the superior court in 2012. As an unopposed incumbent, his name did not appear on the ballot. After the primary election, Chapin was automatically re-elected.[2]
