A Skagit PTBA Precinct 140 Annexation proposition was on the November 6, 2012 election ballot in Skagit County, which is in Washington.
If approved, this proposition annexes the Montborne (Precinct 140) to the Skagit Public Transit Benefit Area and authorizes a 0.4% sales tax to fund public transportation.[1]
