A St. Louis County Library District Operation Levy, Proposition L proposition was on the November 6, 2012 election ballot in St. Louis County, which is in Washington, where it was approved.

This proposition authorized the St. Louis County Library District to increase the property tax rate from $0.20 to $0.26 per $100 of assessed valuation in order to fund certain programs and operation costs.[1]
