Stephen A. Van Dyke

Stephen A. Van Dyke was a Utah Second Judicial District judge for Davis County, Utah for the Juvenile Courts.[1] He was first appointed to this position in July 1985 and retired in August 2010.[2][3]

Education

Van Dyke received his J.D. from the J. Rueben Clark Law School at Brigham Young University. He went on to earn a Ph.D. from Bowling Green State University. After law school, he worked as junior parnter of the Davis County law firm of Bean and Smedley. He was then appointed to the First District and Second District Juvenile Courts in July of 1985. Van Dyke has served in the Second District Juvenile Court.[2]
