This measure sought to replace the current levy which is set to expire with one set at a rate of $8.13 per $1,000 assessed property value for a further two years in order to continue to pay for facility maintenance and operational costs in the district.[2]

The question on the ballot:

The Board of Directors of Taholah School District No. 14077 approved a proposition for support of school maintenance and operations. This proposition provides for the support of facilities maintenance and operations and educational needs by authorizing the levy of the following excess taxes, to replace an expiring levy, on all taxable property with the District: Collection Year: 2013-2014; Approximate Levy Rate per $1000 Assessed Value: $8.13; Levy Amount: $150,000. As specified in Resolution 17-12, 2011. Should this proposition be approved?[3]
