Tamara O. Mitchell is a bankruptcy judge for the United States bankruptcy court, Northern District of Alabama. She was appointed on January 4, 1992, and served as chief judge from 1995 to 2004.
Education
Mitchell earned a bachelor's degree from the University of South Alabama and a J.D. from Whittier College School of Law.[1]
