Tammy Montgomery is a judge of the Sumter County District Court in Alabama. She was first elected in 1996, becoming the first black woman to serve on the court.[1][2] She ran unopposed for re-election in 2014.[3] Montgomery's term expires on January 17, 2021.[4]
