General: She was defeated in the general election on November 4, 2014, after receiving 41.8 percent of the vote. She competed against Shawn S. Taylor. [1] 

Candidate statement

The position of Associate District Judge is an important position, as she hears many cases involving children and family dynamics. I believe the people of Mayes County deserve an elected judge who is fair but firm and who follows the law, provides access to justice for all and makes equitable decisions.[2]
