Tennessee state senator will not seek re-election
May 31, 2013

NASHVILLE, Tennessee: State Senator Douglas Henry announced earlier this month that he would not run for re-election in 2014.[1]
Henry's attorney, Nick Bailey, said the decision was based around his ability to devote full attention to his ailing wife, Lolly.[2][3]
First elected to the state senate in 1970, Henry also served in the state house from 1954-1956.
