This measure sought to replace the current school levy which is set to expire with one set at a rate of $3.12 per $1,000 of assessed propety value for a further two years in order to continue to pay for general fund educational maintenance and operational costs in the district.[2]

| The Board of Directors of Thorp School District No. 400 adopted Resolution No. 11-19 concerning educational funding. This proposition authorizes the District to levy the following excess taxes, to replace an expiring levy, on all taxable property within the District, to support the District's educational maintenance and operations: Collection Years: 2013-2014; Approximate Levy Rate/$1,000 Assessed Value: $3.12, $3.06; Levy Amount: $718,000. Should this proposition be approved?[3] |
