Three Justice Court vacancies announced

Utah: Three openings were recently created on the Justice Courts of Orderville, Orem, and Tooele County, respectively. On the Orem City Justice Court, which is in the 4th Judicial District, the vacancy is the result of a new seat that is opening on September 1, 2010. In June of 2010, Judge Gerry H. Hoyt is retiring from the Orderville Justice Court, 6th Judicial District. On May 16, 2010, Judge William E. Pitt is retiring from the Tooele County Justice Court, 3rd Judicial District.[1][2][3]
