A Tigard-Tualatin Aquatic District Measure was on the May 18, 2010 ballot in Washington County for voters in the cities of Tigard, Tualatin, King City and Durham.

This measure was approved

  • YES 13,212 (70.05%)Approveda
  • NO 5,650 (29.95%)[1]

The measure called for the creation of an independent aquatic district to operate two pools in the Tigard-Tualatin School District. Additionally, a tax levy, 9 cents per $1,000 of assessed property value, was enacte within the new district.[2]
