A Tillamook County Soil and Water Conservation District Permanent Tax Rate Limit measure was on the November 6, 2012 election ballot in Tillamook County, which is in Oregon, where it was approved.
This measure authorized the Tillamook County Soil and Water Conservation District to levy a property tax with a limit of $.06 per $1,000 of assessed valuation to fund the solution to natural resource problems and such services as erosion, flood, water conservation and water quality control. The first year revenue from this tax is approximately $253,773. [1]
