Timothy C. Henney is an attorney in Portage, Wisconsin. He ran for election to Branch 2 of the Columbia County Circuit Court in 2011.[1]

Henney ran for the seat on the Columbia County Circuit Court vacated by James O. Miller. He advanced to the general election, winning 27% of the vote in the primary election. He was defeated on April 5, receiving only 48% of the vote.[2][3][4]

Education

Henney earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh in 1972 and his law degree from Hamline University School of Law in 1976.[4]
