2010

Riley was re-elected to the Marshall County District Court. He ran unopposed in the Republican primary, and defeated Greg Price in the general election, winning 77.3% of the vote.[1]

Education

Riley received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Alabama and his J.D. from its School of Law.[2]

Career

Prior to practicing law, Riley served in the United States Navy.[3] Riley began his legal career in private practice. He spent three years as a Marshall County prosecutor. From 1993 to 2012, Riley served as a district court judge for Marshall County. In 2012, Riley was elected to the 27th Circuit Court.[2]
