Two judges retiring from the Arkansas 19th Judicial Circuit West

Arkansas: This week, two judges announced their retirement from the Arkansas Nineteenth Circuit West. Both David Clinger and Jay Finch serve in Benton County. Clinger will retire from the court on June 30 and Finch will retire effective July 8.[1]
Both seats will be filled via gubernatorial appointment. Governor Mike Beebe intends to have replacement judges appointed before Clinger and Finch's terms expire.[1]
