A Umatilla-Morrow Radio & Data District Formation measure was on the May 18, 2010 ballot in both Morrow and Umatilla Counties.

This measure was approved in Marrow County

  • NO 992 (43.82%)[1]

This measure was also approved in Umatilla County

  • YES 5,284 (52.67%)Approveda
  • NO 4,748 (47.33%)[2]

This measure sought to create a radio and date district encompassing these two counties in order to operate a public safety radio system. The radio system would be used by police, ambulance and fire services.[3]
