Indiana: Of the many seats up for election this year in Indiana, very few are contested races, leading to a slow primary day for the state.
- George C. Paras defeated Alex Dominguez, in a close race for the Lake County Circuit Court. Paras received 51% of the vote.[1]
- In the Whitley County Superior Court race, Douglas M. Fahl handily defeated David A. Heritier with 73% of the vote. Fahl will face Greggory W. Hockemeyer in the general election.[2]
- Steven G. Poore and Jonathan P. Sturgill will compete for judge on the Washington Township Small Claim Court in the general election. Yesterday, Poore defeated Mark D. Commons to become the Democratic Party nominee for the seat.[3]
- Fighting for her seat on the Wayne Township Small Claims Court, incumbent Maxine E. King defeated P. Charles Gaddy. King will face Danny Vaughn in the fall.[3]
