Vincent K. Howard was a circuit court judge for the Marathon County Circuit Court in Wisconsin. He retired on February 1, 2013.[1][2]
Education
Judge Howard earned his Bachelors in business administration from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and his J.D. from Marquette University.[3]
