W. Michael Miller was the Group 4 judge of the Orange County Court in Florida. He took office in 1991 and retired in 2016.[1][2]

Biography

Miller received his B.A. in political science from Furman University in 1975 and his J.D. from the University of Florida College of Law in 1979.[2]
