This measure sought to add to the current district property tax by a rate of $.33 per $100 of assessed property value in order to further support operational costs of the district.[2]

The question on the ballot:
Shall the Board of Directors of the West Overland EMS and Fire Protection District be authorized to levy an additional tax of thirty-three cents on the one hundred dollars assessed valuation to provide funds for the support of the district?[3] |
