Shall the City of Westport levy upon the regular taxable property within the City, in addition to its regular levy, the sum of $130,000 (approximately $0.33 per thousand of assessed valuation) for the year 2013 for the purpose of providing emergency medical care, ambulance, and fire response to its citizens?[3] |
