The Whitefish Bay School District Referendum, Question 2 was on the November 3 ballot in Milwaukee County.
The measure was approved. It was one of two questions posed to voters about whether or not to borrow $22.6 million for needed maintenance and for school construction. Question 2 asked for authorization to borrow $13.6 million in bonds for additions to the elementary and high schools.[1] Overall, the debt is expected to add about $250 to each homeowners tax bill.[2]
The vote for Question 2 was closer than for Question 1:
