Wiggins seeks spot on Washington Supreme Court

Washington: Charlie Wiggins has begun to campaign for Richard Sanders's seat on the Washington Supreme Court. Wiggins is currently an attorney in Bainbridge. He has accused Justice Sanders, who has served on this court since 1995, of unfair practices and partiality.[1]
