Wilton Manors City Police Merger Question (January 2012)

A Wilton Manors City Charter Amendment Question was on the January 31, 2012 ballot in the city of Wilton Manors which is in Broward County.

This measure was approved

  • YES 1,005 (82.11%)Approveda
  • NO 219 (17.89%)[1]

This measure sought to force a referendum if the city were to abolish or merge the city police force. Though this was just advisory, the vote allowed for public opinion o the issue.[2]
