An Oakview Village Tobacco Tax Continuation measure was on the April 6, 2010 ballot in the village of Oakview which is in Clay County.

This measure was approved

  • YES 21 (95.45%)Approveda
  • NO 1 (4.55%)[1]

This measure asked voters if they wanted to continue the four cent tobacco tax that was in place in the village.[2]
