Villa Park Term Limits Measure F was on the November 3, 1998 ballot in Orange County, California. It passed, with 51.5% in favor.

The text of the ballot measure said, "Shall the Ordinance be adopted which ordains that a person is ineligible to hold office as a member of the City Council if such person has, subsequent to January 1, 1998, served on the City Council for two (2) full terms?"
