Albert Louis Johnson was a judge of Circuit 26 in Russell County, Alabama.[1][2][3]
Education
Judge Johnson was born on June 5, 1950. He received his B.S. degree from Huntingdon College in 1972, his MBA from Georgia State University in 1977, and his law degree from Cumberland School of Law in 1980. He is now married and has three grown children.[3]
Career
Judge Johnson has worked as a private practice lawyer, a Special Assistant Attorney General, a Deputy District Attorney for Russell County, and an Adjunct Professor at Troy State University. He worked as a Representative in the Alabama Legislature from 1982 to 1983. He then worked as a District Judge from 1984 to 1996. In 2006, he was a candidate for the position of Associate Justice of The Alabama Supreme Court (Place 3), but he was not elected.[3]
