Jack R. Heflin was a judge for the First Circuit Court of Okaloosa County, Florida. He was elected on September 6, 1988 and his term expired on January 7, 2013.[1][2][3][4]
Education
Heflin received his A.B. degree from Indiana University in 1965 and his J.D. degree from the University of Florida Law School in 1973.[5][6]
