A Happy Valley Police Levy Continuation measure was on the November 2, 2010 ballot in the city of Happy Valley which is in Clackamas County.

This measure was approved

  • YES 3,384 (69.77)Approveda
  • NO 1,466 (30.23)[1]

This measure sought to renew the current police levy which is set at a rate of $1.38 per $1,000 of assessed property for a further four years in order to continue police protection services in the city.[2]
