John C. McClintock Jr.

John C. McClintock, Jr. is a former judge for the Northeast Judicial District of North Dakota. McClintock was based out of Rugby, which is located in Pierce County. He was first elected to the position in 1994.[1] McClintock retired on April 14, 2017.[2]

Education

McClintock earned his B.S.B.A. in accounting from the University of North Dakota in 1983. He received his J.D. from the same school in 1986.[1]

Career

McClintock began his career working for Price Waterhouse in Minneapolis, Minnesota. He began working as an attorney in private practice in 1991. He served as an assistant state's attorney for Pierce County from 1993 until 1994, when he was elected as judge to the Northeast Judicial District.[1]
