Juan Ulloa is a judge for the Superior Court of Imperial County in California. He was elected to the court in 1994 and his current term expires in 2019.[1]
He has served as Presiding Judge of the court three times: in 1997, 2002, and 2003.[2]

Ulloa earned his J.D. from the UCLA School of Law in 1975.[2]
