Rebecca K. Phillips is a circuit court judge for the 37th Judicial Circuit in Kentucky.[1] She was appointed to the court by former Governor Ernie Fletcher on August 19, 2006.[2]

Phillips was re-elected without opposition in 2014, wining an eight-year term that expires on January 1, 2023.[3][4]

Phillips received her undergraduate degree from Kentucky Christian College in 1993 and her J.D. from the Salmon P. Chase College of Law at Northern Kentucky University in 1996.[5][6]

Career

Before her appointment to the court, Phillips worked as an attorney in private practice.[2]
