Austin E. Carter is a judge for the United States bankruptcy court, Middle District of Georgia. He was appointed to the court on May 20, 2014.[1]

Education

Carter earned his undergraduate degree from Tulane University in 1992 and his J.D. from the University of Georgia School of Law in 1995.[2]

Professional career

Prior to joining the court, Carter was a partner at the law firm of Stone & Baxter, LLP.[2]
