New judge on Orem City Justice Court

Orem, Utah: Judge Reed Parkin, of the Bluffdale, Herriman, and Heber City Justice Courts was appointed to fill a vacancy on the Orem City Justice Court in Utah's Fourth Judicial District. The appointment is effective September 1, 2010.[1]
