Pennsylvania: Judges Ronald E. Vican and Linda Wallach Miller will retire from their respective positions on the Monroe County Court of Common Pleas at the end of 2011, when their current terms expire. Vican, 64, has served on this court since 1981 and has been the president judge since 1984. He stated, "I've done this for a long time, but it's a change I'm looking forward to. I'm going to do some traveling, visit my grandchildren." Miller, 63, has served on the court since 1992. She said, "It's the end of my term. It's the right time. My husband is retired. It gives us the opportunity to do a lot of things we haven't been able to."[1]
